Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services II (OPTARSS II) provides
a fast, flexible, and efficient vehicle for Army and Department of Defense (DoD)
customers to access operational, planning, training, and resource support services.
As an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), multiple task order master
contract, it is designed with flexibility and rapid ordering to facilitate satisfying
the customer’s needs with optimum speed.
The scope of the contract covers the following:
